Brief Story
Education has been and will always be an integral part of human development and what differentiates us from other species. Yet the world is changing and evolving fast were the ways and means of education are changing to be faster, cheaper, and more flexible.
From that perspective and need, Paradigm worked on the creation of a unique platform where the masses can acquire knowledge, read, and listen to audiobooks. The differentiator is that these books are summarized into 15 minutes blinks-bullet points- to allow the reader to navigate and acquire a greater amount of knowledge in a short period of time.
Scope of Work
The Challenge
While acquiring knowledge and reading is important for the development of humans, it is faced with a few challenges. First, it is expensive for the masses and not everyone can afford to invest in knowledge and education. Second, we live in complex times where time is limited and our lifestyle is busy, thus not having enough time to read. Third, Arabic content is limited, and accessing old books is not easy. So faced with these challenges, most of us shy away from reading and therefore we miss the opportunity to gain more knowledge.
The Approach
Paradigm created a unique platform application- that can house thousands of books on this platform.
Wamdat is an AI-based mobile app that helps people become well-rounded individuals without interrupting their busy lives by transforming great books into short 15 minutes Arabic audio summaries.
Paradigm developed both the commercial and technical aspects of the venture.
The commercial aspects involved refining and defining consumer segments, customer persona, market sizing, corporate identity and branding, financial projections, business model, product offerings, and value propositions.
The technical aspect involved creating the UX/UI design, software development management, and coordinating with different counterparts for handling the technology development and deployment.

Wamdat offers a knowledge and reading platform for millions of passionate readers. The venture offers great valuation propositions such as cost-saving, convenience, flexibility, time provision to read, machine learning that suggests books to read based on consumer behavior.
