Um A’rayes villa

This two-story villa is located in a wide-open area in Amman, Um A’rayes. This villa is an intersection of two masses overlapping each other in a way that enhances different spaces such as the entrance of the house, the swimming pool area as well as the parking lot creating introverted green spaces on the lower level and nice terraces on the upper level framing the beautiful scenes surrounded by the house. The public spaces were located on the ground floor level whereas the private spaces like the bedrooms are distributed on the upper level to provide the users with maximum privacy and comfort.
