The Frame Residence is a 1,000 m² contemporary home situated in the heart of Amman. This project reflects a modern architectural language defined by clarity, contrast, and a strong connection to context.
At its core lies a double-volume atrium—flooded with natural light through a glazed roof—that serves as the luminous heart of the home. It creates a spatial rhythm where light and shadow transform the interiors throughout the day.
Expansive panoramic windows and cantilevered balconies open the residence to sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. These are framed in sleek metal and paired with a façade of natural stone, meticulously cut into triangular geometries that lend the building a bold yet timeless character.
Inside, the design embraces a serene palette of muted greys, warm wood, and textured stone, offering a calm, refined atmosphere. Every material choice supports a feeling of grounded sophistication.
The Frame is more than a residence—it’s a curated living experience that merges comfort, aesthetics, and function. Through a balanced dialogue between form and environment, the home becomes a sanctuary that quietly elevates everyday living.
